Qualifications

• 3+ years in an agile environment with at least 1 year in program or project coordination.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple agile teams.
• Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex agile programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to ensure timely delivery.
• Support program manager or scrum master in monitoring progress and blockers.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure consistency of practices across teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate dependencies and risks.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure timelines and deliverables.
