Job summary

Raft is seeking a Senior Program/Product Manager to own a large Army portfolio, ensuring delivery execution, customer relationship management, and growth. You will lead a cross-functional team, interface with Army stakeholders, and drive rapid software delivery in a high-visibility environment.

You will collaborate with Raft's leadership to align product capabilities with Army priorities, manage contracts, and shape follow-on opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management with a focus on software delivery.
Direct U.S. Army background or deep Army program involvement.
Experience engaging senior Army and DoD stakeholders.
Ability to lead software teams in Agile environments.
Understanding of Army data, C2 concepts, and mission data.

Responsibilities

Own program health end-to-end: delivery, contract performance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Interface with Army program stakeholders at multiple offices, building trust and growth.
Lead a cross-functional Agile software team, aligning sprint work to contracts and roadmap priorities.
Translate Army requirements into product directions for engineering teams.
Support follow-on opportunities, RFI/RFP responses, and contract modifications.
Navigate Army acquisition processes including modifications and deliverable reviews.
Develop program artifacts and executive briefings for leadership and government audiences.
Represent Raft on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
