Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 6+ years related work experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience in highly government-regulated or healthcare/medical device environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams toward operational objectives.
• Experience managing multiple project deployments and integrations.
• Demonstrated aptitude to contribute to strategic goal setting for department/business units.
• Experience managing conflict.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with matrixed resources within assigned programs and/or projects.
• Solid understanding of software development work, practices and culture; not hands-on coding.
• Experience in end-to-end SDLC delivery.
• Practical knowledge of Agile software development.
• Experience with stage-gate or innovation management processes.
• Experience in meeting facilitation and follow-up.
