Providge Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Agile Program Manager to lead and govern enterprise-wide Agile transformations across a complex Business and Technology Modernization program. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to raise Agile maturity and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Agile program management, organizational change, and team coaching, with ability to engage senior sponsors and standardize practices

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a program/project manager for technology projects with 5+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations.
• Experience coaching teams and leading agile transformations in federal or private sector.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain transparency with program stakeholders through status reporting and proactive communication.
• Drive team maturity progression by implementing and maintaining assessment frameworks.
• Ensure agile resource effectiveness by establishing coaching standards and measuring performance.
• Maintain standardized Agile playbooks across all teams, coaches, and Scrum Masters.
• Shape program strategy and governance to enable long-term success and value realization.
• Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to align outputs with program objectives.
