Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Scrum Master to drive IT programs from planning through delivery. You will oversee complex initiatives, manage budgets of $5M+, and coordinate across business and technology teams to deliver value with speed and quality.

You will partner with project sponsors and senior leaders, apply agile and PM best practices, and ensure milestones, risks, and resource plans are clearly tracked. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• 5+ years leading program management within a large corporation.
• Adept at problem solving, decision-making and BI.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $5M+ consisting of one or more large projects.
• Ensure appropriate project deliverables are created and updated for leaders.
• Interface directly with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate status.
• Forecast resource allocations and manage timelines, risks and milestones.
