Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to oversee in-house application development projects, blending Agile PM (60%) with Scrum Master duties (40%). The role requires leading ceremonies, maintaining Jira boards, and communicating with executives.

You will manage multi-stream projects, track milestones, and drive process improvements while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. A CSM and proven experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading in-house application development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Track resources, budgets, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Jira boards and dashboards.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and ensure best practices.
