Job summary

Concentrix in Omaha, NE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendors, driving agile delivery and data-informed decisions. You will guide cross-functional teams from inception through execution, ensuring alignment and momentum in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to partner with executives and delivery teams, with a focus on governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of experience as Project Manager leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience running agile teams in matrixed environments.
• Solid understanding of scaled agile practices, including PI Planning.
• Experience using Jira reporting, dashboards, metrics to evaluate team health.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects across multiple teams and priorities.
• Manage agile delivery teams using scaled practices.
• Break down projects into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership models, and execution paths.
• Use Jira reporting, metrics, and team health indicators to drive data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate matrixed development teams to manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Partner with third-party vendors and external stakeholders to support delivery and execution.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and elevate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members to accelerate productivity and alignment.
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholder levels, from delivery teams to executive leadership.
• Drive project launches with readiness activities and cross-functional alignment.
• Foster a high-performing team environment built on collaboration and accountability.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
