Job summary

American College of Cardiology seeks a Sr. Program Manager to drive Agile delivery and digital operations within the Enterprise Content Strategy.

You will align priorities with IT and business teams, scale delivery practices, and ensure initiatives meet strategic goals across multiple platforms. You will lead governance, manage roadmaps, and foster disciplined processes to improve velocity and outcomes, while partnering with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program management, Agile delivery, or digital operations in complex organizations.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven senior-level experience and ability to lead large teams.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum with scaling practices across teams.
• Strong experience partnering with IT, engineering, and product organizations.
• Experience managing portfolios with multiple concurrent platforms, teams, and stakeholders.
• Budget management experience (5+ years).
• Experience with enterprise tools (JIRA, Monday.com, Office 365).
• Experience working in nonprofit/mission-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment across competing priorities and drive enterprise decision-making.
• Support product owners in maintaining clear, prioritized backlogs.
• Develop enterprise-wide prioritization frameworks to align initiatives with goals and user impact.
• Create and maintain unified digital and technology roadmaps across initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to improve delivery and strategy.
• Identify and remove blockers to improve velocity.
• Ensure disciplined intake and sequencing of new work.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Provide leadership with clear, actionable delivery health insights.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across initiatives.
