Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, Agile delivery, or digital operations in complex organizations.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven experience operating at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of scaling practices across teams.
• Strong experience partnering with IT, engineering, and product organizations.
• Experience managing portfolios with multiple concurrent platforms, teams, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• 6+ years demonstrated success leading large and diverse teams, with excellent conflict resolution, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• 5+ years of budget management experience.
• Working knowledge of enterprise software tools, e.g. JIRA, Monday.com, Office 365, CoPilot, etc.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with software development processes, system interactions, and proven ability to understand and navigate complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DVP, ECDS, to facilitate alignment across competing priorities and drive enterprise decision-making.
• Support product owners (e.g., ACC.org, Salesforce CRM) in maintaining clear, prioritized, and actionable backlogs.
• Establish enterprise-wide prioritization frameworks to align initiatives with strategic goals and user impact.
• Partner with ECDS, IT, and business leaders to develop and maintain a unified digital and technology roadmap.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies with an eye toward design, user experience, and data analytics.
• Identify and remove blockers to improve team velocity and predictability.
• Ensure disciplined intake, evaluation, and sequencing of new work.
• Foster robust requirements gathering processes, such as identifying stakeholders early and following PM methodologies.
• Ensure work is tied to organizational goals, user needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Bring visibility to tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks across projects.
• Create scalable processes for intake, planning, execution, and reporting, especially for non-budgeted work.
• Work with IT to track project spend and support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Reduce fragmentation and duplication across platforms.
• Improve communication, transparency, and accountability across teams.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track progress, risks, and performance.
• Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights on delivery health and outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships that improve coordination across the organization.
