Job summary

BairesDev in Chile invites an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality software projects from a fully remote setup.

You will facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs with stakeholders, monitor velocity, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with strategic goals. The role offers 100% remote work, USD compensation options, and growth opportunities within a global Tech leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role within an Agile environment.
• Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum or Kanban teams to ensure efficient delivery and removing blockers.
• Advanced proficiency in managing sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and using Jira for project tracking.
• Hands-on experience with velocity tracking and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to manage sprint cadence and alignment with organizational goals.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.
• Identify and eliminate organizational or technical blockers to ensure unhindered progress for the development team.
• Manage and refine the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize high-value deliverables.
• Monitor team performance using velocity tracking and other relevant metrics to drive predictable delivery cycles.
• Oversee project tracking and documentation using Jira to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Champion Agile principles and practices to optimize team collaboration and overall operational efficiency.
