Job summary

Globus Family of Brands is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager for a primarily remote role in the US/Canada region. You will drive value across multiple teams, align work to roadmaps, and ensure program health while removing blockers to improve flow.

The role requires 7–10+ years of delivery leadership, deep SAFe/Scrum/Kanban expertise, and a servant leadership approach that links technical work to customer outcomes. This position offers a generous benefits package and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading delivery or programs in Agile, SAFe, or Hybrid environments.
• Led cross-functional agile teams with PI level and program-level coordination.
• Deep SAFe, Scrum, Kanban knowledge; familiar with funding and value streams.
• Experience with Product Owner and PM roles in mixed methodologies.
• Strong business acumen linking technical work to customer outcomes.
• Certifications such as SAFe RTE/SPC, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business value across agile teams aligning with roadmaps and enterprise priorities.
• Serve as servant leader connecting strategy to execution and ensuring program health.
• Manage PI health, planning, tracking, and risk escalation.
• Coach Product Owners and Business Analysts on backlog prioritization and sequencing.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-team events to improve flow.
• Translate delivery progress into measurable business impact for executives and owners.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to governance and tech leadership.
