Qualifications

• 12+ years leading Scrum/Agile PM or Delivery programs.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent Agile cert.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and PI Planning.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile best practices and delivery excellence.
• Drive Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and operational excellence across programs.
• Coordinate governance, risk management, and compliance for enterprise business applications.
