Job summary

Novacruitix is seeking an experienced Agile Coach in Raleigh, NC to support Agile transformation, improve team performance, and coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile best practices.

The role requires 7+ years of Agile/Scrum experience and 3+ years as an Agile Coach, with strong communication and leadership skills. Certification in SAFe/CSM/PSM ICP-ACC is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement possible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• SAFe, CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Identify delivery challenges and improve team efficiency.
• Track Agile metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
