Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Agilist / Agile Coach for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on enabling effective delivery across various Agile teams and initiatives while coaching leaders to enhance outcomes and visibility.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Agile delivery and coaching, with a strong understanding of frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $83.00 - $93.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, coaching, or enablement roles.
• Demonstrated experience coaching multiple teams and leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaled delivery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coach product, delivery, and technology leaders and teams to strengthen Agile execution.
• Enable effective PI Planning and delivery alignment across the CSAI portfolio.
• Improve backlog quality, prioritization, and flow in partnership with Product Owners.
