Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to guide teams and leaders in applying Agile principles to improve delivery and outcomes. You will remove impediments, coach ceremonies, and foster continuous learning across technical initiatives.

You will mentor peers, partner with Scrum Masters, product owners, and stakeholders to advance delivery practices, and may oversee a complex Agile workstream. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Agile coaching are required; SAFe SPC/CSM/PMP certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
7+ years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, or related fields.
Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach Agile teams and leaders to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes.
Identify and remove systemic impediments to team effectiveness and adoption of Agile practices.
Facilitate Agile workshops, training, and coaching sessions for varying maturity levels.
Support Agile reporting and tooling to enhance transparency and delivery visibility.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to improve delivery practices across technical initiatives.
Communicate Agile adoption progress and risks to project and functional leaders.
Mentor peers on Agile behaviors, facilitation, and ceremonies.
