Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Framework and Agile principles.
• Experience in Agile coaching, Scrum Mastering, facilitation, mentoring, and team development.
• Strong communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying and removing organizational/team impediments.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile engineering practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
