Qualifications

4+ years in BA, Scrum Master, or combined BA/Agile delivery role
Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge
Experience creating business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional documentation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements, user stories, and flows
Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate into actionable solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Track project risks, dependencies, and impediments while promoting continuous improvement
Support testing, change management, and implementation activities
