Job summary

Highbrow LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead enterprise agile initiatives remotely within the United States. The role requires deep expertise in agile methodologies and product management, along with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive training delivery aligned to business goals.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of experience, and an SPC certification or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies / product management.
• Certifications SPC (or open to obtaining).
• Framework agnostic; able to work with any Agile Framework.
• Led large, cross-domain stakeholders.
• Senior resource capable of interacting with Directors and above.
• Remote work within the USA; strong virtual facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile needs and training delivery with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain training resources, including SharePoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources.
• Provide feedback to instructional design on training effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to align programs with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with latest Agile trends and best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams.
