Job summary

Stafford Gray is seeking an Agile Leadership and Coaching professional to guide multiple teams in Lansing, MI with a hands-on approach. You will coach across Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, while working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams on day-to-day execution and ADO practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Agile delivery environments.
• 5+ years in Agile coaching, leadership, Scrum Master, Product Owner coaching, or transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, specifically ADO Boards.
• Proven experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lansing, Michigan two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Agile Coach across multiple teams with varying maturity; identify opportunities to improve maturity and adoption.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban, backlog management, prioritization, estimation, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach Product Owners and Managers on performing the Product Owner role and backlog development.
• Help leadership with prioritization, stakeholder expectations, and measurement of outcomes.
• Partner with Azure DevOps to mature ADO boards and standardize processes across teams.
• Develop actionable recommendations, roadmaps, and coaching plans for long-term adoption.
