Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst 5 to support the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) through DTMB Agency Services.

The role emphasizes customer service, requirements elicitation, and process modeling for a public-facing burn permits application in Michigan. The candidate will act as the liaison between DTMB and stakeholders, facilitate discussions with senior management to shape strategy and roadmaps, and contribute to the DTMB BA team's operational activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling.
Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s)
Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions
Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use

Responsibilities

Liaise between DTMB and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
Provide expert facilitation, elicitation and process modeling to develop strategy and requirements for enhancements on a public-facing application.
Support DNR and DTMB Agency Services BA team through varied work requests and operational activities.
Champion agency compliance with DTMB policies and practices to enable project success.
