- 10+ years of engineering management experience delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and cloud infra.
- Experience building and scaling developer tools, ML infrastructure, or AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and manage an inclusive organization of high-performing engineers.
- Define the strategic vision and technical roadmap for agentic workflows and developer experience.
- Drive end-to-end execution of multi-year projects with architectural stability.
- Partner with cross-functional product and cloud teams to enable secure AI experiences.
- Foster engineering excellence, scale for performance, and ensure observability and reliability.
- Champion secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles across architecture.
