Job summary

Apple Inc. in Seattle seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow an engineering organization building agentic systems and developer experiences. You will shape technical strategy, oversee cloud services, ML infrastructure, and secure-by-design approaches across the Apple ecosystem.

You will guide complex architecture decisions, scale prototypes to production, and lead a startup-like team through rapid growth with a culture of engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering management experience delivering large-scale projects across multiple teams.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building and scaling developer tools, ML infrastructure, or AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and manage an inclusive organization of high-performing engineers.
• Define strategic vision and technical roadmap for agentic workflows and developer experience.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of multi-year projects with architectural stability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable secure, high-quality AI experiences.
• Foster engineering excellence, scale, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Promote secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles across architecture.
