Job summary

arrivia is seeking a Senior Agentic Software Engineer to guide the technical direction of AI-enabled development. You will lead a full-stack team, shape architectural standards, and drive the adoption of agentic coding tools across engineering groups.

You will define patterns for testing, documentation, and deployment checks, while mentoring engineers and raising overall engineering maturity. This role operates with limited oversight and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development and architectural experience.
• Expert proficiency using AI coding agents in professional workflows.
• Strong proficiency in two or more of TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET.

Responsibilities

• Architect the platform and develop features for our travel platform as a technical leader on a full-stack team.
• Drive agentic adoption by standardizing AI coding tools and workflows across teams.
• Set the quality bar by reviewing AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Modernize services through refactoring and cloud-native design.
• Define MCP integrations linking AI agents to internal tools and services.
