Job summary

Ventures Unlimited, Inc. seeks a senior AI platform engineer to design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems, including orchestration, tool integration, memory management, and knowledge retrieval. You will shape scalable architectures and governance across large AI deployments.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to align platform evolution with strategic business goals, drive multi-cloud AI initiatives, and mentor engineering teams in advanced AI practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years designing and building enterprise AI/ML platforms.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale AI solutions and agentic frameworks in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of agentic ecosystems including orchestration, planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory management, and autonomous workflows.
• Hands-on expertise building AI applications using frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise AI platforms and multi-agent systems.
• Develop scalable orchestration layers, tool libraries, and context management.
• Ensure observability, governance, security, and compliance across AI workloads.
• Collaborate with senior technology leaders to align platform evolution with business needs.
