Job summary

AI Technology Partners, Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to design and deliver agentic systems that orchestrate tools, data, and policies for enterprise workflows—secure, scalable, and measurable.

You will lead architecture, tooling, and MLOps with a focus on reliability, RAG patterns, and cost control while collaborating with clients to demonstrate value and drive production deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in software/platform engineering with recent production LLM applications.
• Hands-on expertise with agentic frameworks and tool/call patterns.
• Strong RAG engineering across vector DBs and grounding techniques.
• Proven track record building observable, cost-aware, secure LLM systems.
• Solid software fundamentals: Python/TypeScript, APIs, testing, CI/CD, containers.
• Clear communicator capable of engaging clients and writing crisp docs.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent architectures with robust state management, memory, and routing.
• Choose and implement leading frameworks and justify trade-offs.
• Build modular components reusable across clients and domains.
• Integrate tools and data sources via function calls, webhooks, and event flows.
• Implement RAG patterns with vector stores and structured knowledge.
• Add deterministic fallbacks, circuit breakers, and caching to control latency and cost.
• Define SLIs/SLOs; instrument tracing/metrics/logging and dashboards.
• Create evaluation harnesses to measure grounding, task success, safety, and cost.
• Productionize with CI/CD, feature flags, canaries; optimize per-task costs.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to translate processes into agentic designs.
• Partner on domain-specific agents and reusable templates.
