Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI & Data Science Engineer III to drive technology-focused client delivery on complex engagements. You will lead engagements, manage teams, design AI solutions, and coordinate scope and timeline with stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in AI/ML, with 1 year in generative/agentic AI, plus Python expertise and travel up to 50%. A strong foundation in cloud provider tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions with at least 1 year on Generative or multi-agent AI
• 2+ years building AI/ML solutions using Python
• 1+ years leading AI engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average and work with diverse clients

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors
• Deliver components of engagements designing and implementing tech and business solutions
• Manage small teams and plan scope, design, prototyping, training, and support procedures
• Develop project scope, schedule, and resource plans
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and take corrective actions
• Handle changes to scope, schedule, and costs per the change management plan
• Identify risks and mitigations and communicate with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain communication with key decision makers
