Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions with at least 1 year on Generative AI or multi-agent systems.
• 2+ years building AI/ML solutions using Python.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams, translating problems into AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average to serve clients.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders and sponsors.
• Deliver components of engagements designing and implementing technology and business solutions.
• Lead small teams to define requirements, design processes, prototype, and test solutions.
• Plan and assign resources; develop project scope and schedule.
• Monitor progress; identify variances and take corrective actions.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs per the change plan.
• Identify high-level risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Develop and maintain communications with key stakeholders and decision makers.
