Job summary

Bank of America in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI across the SDLC. You will define the strategy, architecture, and operating model for applying Copilot tools to automate developer workflows from planning through production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture with 2+ years leading AI/LLM in production.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions and integrating with SDLC platforms.
• Hands-on with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Deep knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and vector search.
• Strong LLMOps/MLOps with evaluation, safety, and governance experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC toolchains (GitHub, CI/CD, IaC, SAST/DAST).

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Agentic AI strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Architect agentic workflows and integrate with SDLC systems.
• Lead delivery of AI agents automating SDLC tasks.
• Build Copilots with Copilot Studio and integrate with Azure Foundry.
• Establish data governance and grounding pipelines.
• Ensure responsible AI patterns and risk considerations.
