Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI across the SDLC. You will define strategy, architecture, and operating model for Copilot tools and AI foundations to automate developer workflows from planning through production.

You will partner with product, platform, risk, and delivery teams to drive measurable outcomes, ensure responsible use, and scale adoption across the enterprise. Astrong focus on governance and security is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture with AI/LLM experience in production.
• Proven experience implementing Agentic AI solutions and integrating with SDLC platforms.
• Hands-on with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Agentic-AI-in-SDLC strategy, operating model, and multiyear roadmap.
• Architect agentic workflows and integrate with SDLC systems and observability platforms.
• Lead delivery of AI agents that automate SDLC tasks and build copilots with Copilot Studio.
