Bank of America is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and deployment of Agentic AI across the SDLC. You will define strategy, architecture, and operating models for Copilot-based automation, with risk, data governance, and scalability in mind.

You will partner with product, platform, risk, and delivery teams to drive measurable outcomes and ensure responsible use while scaling adoption enterprise-wide.

Competenze

• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture with 2+ years leading AI/LLM or intelligent automation in production.
• Proven experience implementing Agentic AI solutions and integrating with SDLC platforms.
• Hands-on with GitHub Copilot policies, telemetry, governance, and Azure AI Foundry tooling.

Mansioni

• Define enterprise Agentic-AI-in-SDLC strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Architect agentic workflows and integrate with SDLC systems (CI/CD, issue trackers, repos).
• Lead the delivery of AI agents automating SDLC tasks (requirements analysis, reviews, test gen, traceability).
• Build Copilots with Copilot Studio and operationalize models with governance, safety, and monitoring.
