Job summary

UKG is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the Agentic Acceleration Group and advance agentic AI on Google ADK and related platforms. You’ll own design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of agent-powered features for scale across enterprise systems.

You’ll collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams, apply modern practices, and help drive observability, performance, and reliability in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience with LLMed or agentic AI.
• Expertise in Python/Java/C#/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Google ADK, Claude SDK, LangChain or LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Google ADK and other agentic platforms.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and MCP servers.
• Own execution and delivery of agent-powered features and projects with PM and Eng partners.
• Contribute to design reviews and scalable, reliable agentic systems.
• Review code and maintain a high bar for quality, testing, and observability.
• Maintain health of agent-powered services with telemetry and performance metrics.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of agents.
