Job summary

UKG is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the Agentic Acceleration Group and help build agentic AI capabilities on Google ADK and other enterprise platforms. You will own the development of agent-powered features and collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering partners.

You will design, implement, test, and deploy agentic systems, focusing on multi-agent coordination, tool integrations, observability, and performance. Strong coding skills and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development with LLM/agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/JS/TS and cloud experience.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and API usage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI agents on ADK and platforms.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and MCP servers.
• Own delivery of agent-powered features with stakeholders.
• Focus on observability, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and code quality.
