The role requires 5 to 8+ years in Software Engineering/AI, strong Python skills, and experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML or related domains
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and RAG

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions for insurance workflows
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, document processing, information extraction, classification, and agent-based architectures
• Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring
• Create robust AI evaluation frameworks including testing, monitoring, and hallucination detection
• Partner with brokers, underwriters, and operations to identify AI adoption opportunities
• Mentor engineers and advance platform intelligence
