Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer with 3+ years building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will design, build, and run agentic workflows that integrate with major AI platforms and on-prem/in-cloud systems, partnering with clients and ecosystem partners to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will work across finance, healthcare, and retail domains, shaping patterns, tooling, and playbooks while embedding with clients as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering and SDLC experience.
• 8+ years in Python/Java and related tooling (evaluation, logging, monitoring, observability).
• Production deployments with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Helm).
• Ability to communicate with clients, lead workshops, and operate under ambiguity.
• 3+ years cloud-native systems experience (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 2+ years hands-on designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.
• 1.5+ years working with semantic models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge.
• Experience with coding agents and AI-assisted software development.
• 1+ year designing agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• Bachelor-level or equivalent work experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents (retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, observability).
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across finance, healthcare, retail sectors.
• Lead design workshops and POCs to shape data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to influence assets and roadmaps.
