Job summary

Netomi is seeking a Staff Agentic AI Engineer to help build the core agentic factory platform enabling enterprise customer automation and AI-driven interactions.

This hands-on role focuses on designing scalable AI agent systems, tool-and prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks in real-world production environments. You will collaborate across product, platform, and engineering to deliver measurable improvements and stay ahead of LLM advances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5–7+ years AI/ML engineering experience.
• 3–5 years applying AI, data science, and ML in marketing.
• Experience with Adobe data platforms for modeling/perf analysis.
• Strong Python engineering skills for production software.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve production-grade AI agentic systems for web-based and chat experiences.
• Architect agent workflows with reasoning, tool use, retrieval, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Evaluate agent orchestration patterns across multiple frameworks for marketing use cases.
• Build and maintain LLM evaluation systems and regression tests in production.
• Diagnose performance issues across prompts, retrieval quality, latency, and costs.
• Design RAG and embedding-based capabilities for enterprise knowledge access.
• Develop scalable Python services deployed in AWS and collaborate with teams.
