Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development for highly technical products.
• Experience in product management or a similar role requiring both scoping and execution.
• Ability to lead strategy and translate business needs into clear plans with risk awareness.
• Strong communication across multiple levels and deployments with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle deployments and drive delivery with high autonomy.
• Solid grounding in software, product and engineering concepts to partner with customers.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: partner with customers to understand workflows, systems, and constraints during deployment.
• Agent Design: translate real-world operations into scalable agent configurations.
• Deployment ownership: manage end-to-end deployments from discovery to go-live and iteration.
• Customer partnership: identify high-impact opportunities for expansion with customers.
• Platform innovation: help shape roadmap and features to improve platform usability.
