Spot AI in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager to own execution for our manufacturing agents product line. You will identify high impact customer challenges, develop reusable platform capabilities, and transform custom implementations into scalable business models.

This role operates on site at our SF office, collaborating with engineering on AI models, field teams, and go-to-market partners to deliver measurable value on production floors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping B2B products from concept to market adoption.
• Experience moving quickly with high agency and ability to demonstrate outcomes.
• Strong Real World AI expertise including model behavior, latency and cost.
• Hands-on prototyping and close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Customer and commercial orientation with collaboration with sales.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into crisp product requirements.
• Background in computer vision, video AI, or industrial automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and teams to map workflows, friction, budgets, and success metrics.
• Transform custom client solutions into standardized product features scalable across facilities.
• Partner with engineering on AI models, evaluation pipelines, system architecture, and prioritization.
• Define end-to-end GTM framework with sales, marketing, and customer success.
