Runlayer is seeking a Founding Product Manager for Agents to own how agents and skills are built, shipped, and run at scale. You’ll partner with the CPO to drive the roadmap from discovery to shipped product, connecting engineers and non-technical builders alike.

You will shape the platform’s growth engine, enabling self-serve paths and powerful agent orchestration, while delivering measurable value to customers through end-to-end product delivery.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years in developer tools or platforms.
• Founder or early-PM experience; built product processes from zero.
• Shipped 0→1 builder or automation surfaces with PLG and bottoms-up growth.
• Technical depth: reads code and understands API/SDK design, agent frameworks.
• Customer obsession: run discovery calls and name five customers from last role.

Responsabilidades

• Own the builder: natural language to working agent, self-improvement, versioning, sharing.
• Own the runtime: event-based triggers, scheduling, model routing, agent delegation.
• Drive growth: Slack Agents, time-to-first-working-agent, self-serve path scaling.
• Define how product telemetry improves agents over time.
• Balance engineer needs for SDK depth with non-technical builders; run discovery with both.
• Make decisions, prioritize, and ship with engineers weekly.
