Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems. You will guide foundation-model based solutions, ensure governance, and mentor a team across EY businesses and clients.

The role blends hands-on delivery with strategic oversight, promoting knowledge‑based AI adoption, compliance, and robust monitoring in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required, higher degree preferred.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (e.g., Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Familiarity with Agentic Patterns & Frameworks: Orchestration, Loop Engineering, Memory system integration.
• Familiarity with AI-native development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate vendor tools for monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across EY teams.
• Balance hands-on delivery with mentoring and governance.
