Job summary

Jobot in the United States is seeking an Experienced Agency Recruiter who can develop new business, place top talent, and partner with clients using our premium ATS tools like Jax and the AI assistant Jeni.

We offer a performance-driven compensation plan with a salary range of $75,000 to $500,000 per year, plus commissions, bonuses, and generous PTO. This is remote-first and open to candidates across the U.S., with extensive training and growth opportunities within an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years at a staffing agency.
• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals, revenue targets, and other key metrics.
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match your clients' open positions.
