Jobot is seeking Experienced Agency Recruiters to join our remote-first, US-wide team. You will drive new business development, manage full-desk recruitment, and leverage our proprietary tools to place top talent. Qualifikationen

Staffing Agency experience (2+ years) in a staffing agency.
Full-desk recruiting experience handling both client development and candidate recruitment.
Performance and revenue accountability with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Relationship nurturing with clients and candidates to sustain partnerships.

Aufgaben

New Business Development to bring in and retain clients using strong sales skills.
Recruitment using our tech stack, including our custom ATS Jax, to find candidates who match client openings.
Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions and processes.
