• Full-desk recruiting experience across client development and candidate recruitment.
• Proven track record with performance and revenue accountability.
• Strong relationship management with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients using top-notch sales skills.
• Recruitment: use our tech stack including Jax ATS to find candidates matching client openings.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
