Jobot is seeking Experienced Agency Recruiters to join our remote-first team across the United States. You’ll own full-desk recruiting, develop new business, and partner with clients to fill critical roles using our premier tech stack, including Jax ATS and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years in a staffing agency
• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: manage client development and candidate recruiting
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: met or exceeded placement and revenue targets
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain strong internal and external relationships

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients
• Recruitment: use Jax ATS to match candidates to open roles
• Lead with Kindness + Respect
