Qualifications

• 2+ years staffing agency experience.
• Proven full-desk recruiting ability across client development and candidate sourcing.
• Track record of meeting revenue and placement goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment using our Jax ATS to match candidates to open roles.
