Job summary

Jobot is seeking experienced agency recruiters to join our remote-first team in the United States. The role centers on new business development and full-desk recruitment using our Jax ATS and partner tools. Compensation includes base plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years staffing agency experience, proven ability to manage client development and candidate placement, and strong relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years staffing agency experience
• Full-desk recruiting experience
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue targets
• Strong relationship management across clients and candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Salesforce) helpful

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients
• Recruitment: use our tech stack including Jax ATS to place candidates
