• Staffing agency experience with 2+ years required.
• Full-desk recruiting capability across client development and candidate recruitment.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• New business development to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment using our ATS Jax to find candidates matching client needs.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
