NextRoll, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Agency Relationship Manager in San Francisco/NYC or remote locations. You will manage a portfolio of AdRoll agencies, driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling while educating partners on the value of the AdRoll platform.

You will build consultative relationships, collaborate with the New Business Sales team, and guide agencies to campaign excellence. Expect travel ~1–2 times per quarter and a role that champions client success across teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of account management or agency partnerships in advertising/marketing tech.
• Strategic, consultative approach to meet client objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to interpret complex data and derive insights (Salesforce).
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing trends across programmatic, social, and cross-channel.
• Collaborative leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration and shared goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a dynamic portfolio of agency partners to drive revenue through cross-selling and upsell opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor, offering strategic marketing insights to maximize client value from AdRoll products.
• Collaborate with New Business Sales to onboard and nurture agencies into long-term partnerships.
• Partner with Product, Creative, Optimization, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Support to deliver campaign excellence.
• Educate and empower agency partners through onsite presentations and workshops to boost platform adoption.
• Advocate for client needs across internal Product and Billing teams to support agency success.
