NextRoll, Inc. is seeking an Agency Relationship Manager to support, educate, and empower our agency partners across the AdRoll product suite. You will act as the voice of AdRoll within agencies and provide consultative guidance to help clients reach marketing goals through platform adoption.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard agencies, drive growth, and nurture relationships into long-term partnerships. Travel 1–2 times per quarter may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of extensive account management or agency partnerships.
• Strategic, consultative approach to client needs and platform capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret metrics and derive insights.
• Depth of knowledge in digital marketing trends and cross-channel strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Occasional travel to meet clients (approx. 1–2 times per quarter).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a portfolio of AdRoll agencies to drive revenue growth.
• Act as trusted advisor with consultative marketing insights.
• Collaborate with New Business Sales to onboard and nurture agency relationships.
• Drive campaign excellence by coordinating with Product, Creative Services, Optimization, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Support.
• Educate partners through onsite presentations and workshops to drive platform adoption.
• Advocate for client needs across internal Product and Billing teams.
