Horizon Farm Credit is seeking an Ag Lending Manager to lead and develop a team of Ag Relationship Managers across our Butler, PA or Meadville, PA branches. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement, credit oversight, and regional growth initiatives.

You will mentor staff, strengthen farmer and agribusiness partnerships, and collaborate with lending leadership to meet sales objectives while maintaining portfolio quality and sound credit practices.
