Horizon Farm Credit is seeking an experienced Agribusiness Credit Analyst to join our team in multiple branch locations, including Mount Joy. The role emphasizes thorough credit analysis, relationship building with large customers, and mentoring peers while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have advanced knowledge of agricultural lending and extensive credit experience, enabling accurate underwriting within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information and prepare historical trends, pro-forma projections, debt repayment schedules, and other schedules to support credit recommendations.
• Prepare loan narratives addressing the five C's of credit and highlight strengths/weaknesses to support the credit recommendation.
• Underwrite credits for borrowers, including complex/distressed credits up to $10 million, with mentorship from approvers.
